How long will it take for my order to process?

Please allow 1-3 weeks for me to process your order. I print, cut, pack and ship everything by myself, so I appreciate your patience in this!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has been mailed out, depending on your country and the shipping option you chose, these are the estimated shipping times:

Priority Mail

• Europe: 1-2 weeks
• US, Canada: 1-2 weeks
• International: 1-3 weeks

Untracked Mail

• Europe: 1-2 weeks
• US, Canada: 2-3 weeks
• International: 3-4 weeks

Please note that these are only approximates and some packages may take longer to arrive than estimated.

Which countries do you ship to?

For now, since we only sell flat items and ship everything through Poste Italiane, we should be able to deliver to almost every country!

Do I have to pay international custom fees/VAT import fees?

Most of the time you shouldn’t need to, but in the event that this occurs, yes! It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any custom fees or import taxes that may apply.

Can I track my order?

Poste Italiane’s Priority Mail option does come with a tracking number, but unfortunately the tracking information will only update once your order has arrived to your country and next once it has safely arrived to you. So the tracking number is basically more useful to me than it is to you.

Do you offer free shipping?

No. I do not make ANY money from shipping prices and I prefer to keep the cost of shipping transparent, instead of including it in the price of my products just so I could then say “free shipping!” to help sell stuff. The cost of shipping reflects the cost of the packaging + the cost of shipping itself.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds! If you received an item that was defective or damaged, or an item was lost please e-mail me so I can help you.

Lost or damaged packages do not include those lost due to untracked mailing or those delivered to the wrong address because the address provided was inaccurate. Please make sure to check your address is correct!
